It was also great to play and sing with Bro. Smart. He is a phenomenal guitar player.
Fall Revival
We had a great fall revival with Rev. Marshall Smart. God really helped us and we saw some key victories won in our church.
Puppies
Another new endeavor for our family this year was to sell a few puppies. In September our beagle, Sally had a litter of puggles. We have sold all of them but one. Here is a picture of Ean with the puppies when they were fairly little.
The other picture is Rosy, the only puggle we have left.
Josh & Austin
My youngest brother-in-law, Josh is on the left with his buck that he shot on the third day of our West Virginia hunt. His shot was around 260 yards and the deer dropped where it stood. Austin, my nephew, is on the right with his first deer. After missing a couple of bucks earlier in the week he finally connected with this doe. His shot was at about 250 yards. I got both of these kills on film with my video camera. (Oh and I also got Josh missing a coyote on film too.)
WV Buck
I was very fortunate to get a shot at this nice 8 pointer on the second day of our hunt in West Virginia. He was only about 125 yards from me but was in some brush. Just one shot from my 7mm mag dropped him in his tracks.
First Archery Buck
I shot this 10 pointer in archery season. As the title states, this is my first buck with my bow.
Prior to my last post it had been 7 months since I had posted anything on my blog. I just thought I would get back on here and share a few pictures from my hunting season but when I tried to upload the pics my computer wouldn't cooperate. The dial up connection that I have at my house has a lot to do with that. Seemed like it would take another 7 months just to upload a pic. Living in the country has it's pros and cons. Oh well. Anyway, I am now at a public library where they have wi-fi, however it isn't very fast either. But I will try to share some pictures with you.

Wow! It has been 7 months since I have last posted. Guess this blogger stuff just isn't for me. I enjoy reading other blogs but for some reason I just lost interest in keeping up with my own. The only reason I am posting this time is to see if I can get to the top of Tim Calhoun's blog list.
A lot has happened in those 7 months and maybe I can share a pic or two from that time. We'll see.
